Supporters use /teamhelp in Discord to ask specialists from other areas for help. The specialists of the chosen area get pinged, the request is posted in the help channel with a thread and Claim / Resolved buttons. Ownership can change everything here or with /teamhelp-setup. Discord IDs: Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode, then right-click a channel / role / user → Copy ID.

New team members log in here with their normal SimEFB account. Their role decides which tabs and actions they get — the server checks every request. Super admins (USERS tab → ADMIN) always have full access and are the only ones who can change roles.
