SimEFB is a professional Electronic Flight Bag application designed for flight simulators such as MSFS, X-Plane and others. It provides realistic tools including interactive checklists, live weather data, VATSIM network integration, SimBrief OFP import and much more — all in one unified session interface.
Yes! The basic version of SimEFB is completely free and includes checklists, live weather, SimBrief integration, VATSIM events, unit converter, scratchpad and night mode. Additional Pro features such as VATSIM ATC and offline downloads can be unlocked with an activation code.
SimEFB is available for Android (via Google Play Store or direct APK download) and as a Windows desktop application. You can use it on your phone, tablet or PC alongside your flight simulator.
NO. SimEFB is explicitly designed for flight simulation only. It is not certified for real aviation and must not be used as a reference for real flight operations. All data and procedures are intended solely for entertainment and flight simulation purposes.
ACCOUNT
Open the app and tap "Register" on the login screen. Enter your email address and choose a password. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email. Enter the code to verify your account and you are ready to go.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. You can request a new verification code after a 60-second cooldown by tapping "Resend Code" on the verification screen. If you still do not receive it, please contact our support at help@danielder2.tech.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset code via email. Enter the code along with your new password to complete the reset.
Yes. To request account deletion, please contact our support team via email at help@danielder2.tech. We will process your request and permanently remove all associated data.
FEATURES
SimEFB currently supports the Airbus A320, Airbus A330, Boeing 737 and Boeing 777 with FCOM-based checklists. More aircraft types are in active development and will be delivered via server updates.
Enter an ICAO airport code (e.g. EDDF, KJFK) and SimEFB will fetch the current METAR report, a fully decoded weather summary, ATIS information and the flight category (VFR, MVFR, IFR or LIFR). Data is sourced in real-time from aviation weather services.
The VATSIM ATC feature shows live air traffic controllers currently online on the VATSIM network for your selected airport and route. It includes an Airport tab for local controllers and a Route tab that filters by region, grouping departure, enroute and arrival controllers. This feature requires a Pro activation code.
On your first visit to the SimBrief screen, you will be prompted to enter your SimBrief Pilot ID. Once connected, SimEFB fetches your latest Operational Flight Plan (OFP) and displays it with clearly organized sections for route, flight information, fuel planning and weights. You can change your Pilot ID at any time via the link at the bottom of the screen.
PRO / SUBSCRIPTION
Pro activation codes are provided by the developer. Contact us via the contact page or email for more information about how to obtain a Pro code and unlock all premium features.
Pro unlocks the following features: VATSIM ATC integration with live controller data, offline checklist download for use without an internet connection, access to premium aircraft types, and priority support. All features included in the free version remain available as well.
Open the app and navigate to Settings. Tap "Redeem Code" and enter your activation code in the format SIMEFB-XXXX-XXXX. Once successfully redeemed, your Pro status will be activated immediately and all premium features become available.
TECHNICAL
First, check your internet connection and make sure you have a stable network. The server may occasionally be down for maintenance — please try again after a few minutes. If the problem persists, check our social channels for status updates or contact support.
Make sure you have an active internet connection. Try pulling down to refresh the checklist screen. If that does not help, close the app completely and restart it. Checklists are loaded from the server, so a stable connection is required unless you have downloaded them for offline use (Pro feature).
If you installed SimEFB from the Google Play Store, updates are delivered automatically through the store. If you downloaded the APK directly, you will need to download the latest version from our website and install it manually. Windows users can download the latest installer from our download page.
