Questions

How do I activate Pro after subscribing?

Open the SimEFB app and log in with the same email you used to subscribe. Your Pro status activates automatically — no code needed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with the button below or in the Crew Portal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I get Pro without paying?

Yes — request Pro for free with a short reason why you'd like it. We review every request and reply by email. Activation codes from promotions on our Discord work too.

Why is Pro a subscription?

Subscriptions pay for our servers and the further development of SimEFB, and they keep the Free version free and without ads. Read more.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit and debit cards — processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Activation code or promo code – what's the difference?

Activation codes (SIMEFB-XXXX-XXXX) unlock Pro directly – redeem them in the app under Settings → ACTIVATION CODE or in the Crew Portal under Codes. Promo codes entered on this page give you a discount on a subscription.
